About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi, my mother is holding a china passport and permanent resident here, she is planning to go to hongkong for tourist, does she need hongkong visa?

She needs Hong Kong Entry Permit, she can apply for it at Chinese embassy or consulates in Philippins,
1. Passport/travel document with blank pages and a validity of at least 6 months.
2. One completed application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
