Hello ! I am a US passport holder and plan of traveling to Manila, Philippines before intending to visit Guangzhou for a week. From Guangzhou I will go back to Manila before returning to Los Angeles. I would like to find out if I can apply for the Chinese tourist visa at the China Embassy in the Philippines.
