About:Top 8 Shopping Areas in Shanghai

I wish to purchase silk-filled pillows, mattress topper & doona. Can I purchase at Pudong airport on departure from Shanghai or shop in Shanghai or should I go to the Silk Factory at Suzhou? My time is fairly limited.

Shop in Shanghai. It is probably not available in the airport, and it may not easy to buy in the factory if you only want single or two.
