Hi,I would like to find out where can I get my shuttle bus tickets from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport to downtown (on my arrival at Hangzhou airport)?I read the info of your website and it only states the ticket offices at Wulinman Office (at Tiyuchang Road) and also at Qinchun Road, which I believe both these offices are located downtown.Is there any ticket office at the airport terminal?Where can I get the shuttle bus time table? For my return journey, I plan to get on the bus at either the Railway Station or at Zhongshan Hotel. I therefore, need the pick up time from these places. Thank you.

Hi，the shuttle bus waiting hall is north of the Exit 5 of Arrival Hall on the 1st floor. You can get ticket there. THe ticket office in downtown is Wulinmen. It is in the city center. The timetable is just like you can find in the aritle above.
