i am pakistani passport holder i want to visit china from saudi arabia is it possible and how i can get visit visa

You might find some difficulty....Pakistani nationals often have to produce invitations and evidence of funds. Also you are applying from another country. The only way is to apply at the Chinsese consulate closest to you
