About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

Hi,
Please I intend to travel to China for business. I have seen the requirements for the issuance of a Business Visa at the Chinese Embassy, but I'm confused about these two requirements
"1. Qualified original invitation letter from the relevant Chinese Authorized Unit;
2. Qualified original invitation & guarantee letter with signature and stamp from the applicant's sponsor and business partner in China. The letter should state clearly applicant's name, position and passport number, applicant's company name, address and telephone number, purpose of visit, duration of stay and specific itinerary in China";
Please what is the difference between "1" & "2" requirements.
Thank you.

The former is the Invitation Letter from authorized Chinese government unit, such as Foreign Affaires Office, Committee of Foreign economic Relations and Trade, the latter is the invitation from your business partner in China.
