hello sir i am from pakistan.i want to study in china so tell me how to get visa?i am under 18 age.

Have you applied for a college or university that enroll aliens? If not, you can't apply for study visa and go to China for study, You can refer the List of 25 Chinese University Eligible Enrollment of Foreign Students to Study Clinic Medicine Taught in English in Academic Year 2008/2009 Approved by Ministry of Educatin of China on this website http://pk.chineseembassy.org/eng/lsfw/t519953.htm
