This hotel is just located at the West Lake, very good location for tourists. From this hotel, you could take a city-bus to Hangzhou Railway Station directly. I think you could ask the staffs for details when you arrive there. Alternatively, you could take a taxi which is more comfortable and faster.

Thanks for the reply. Understand the weather is extremely cold on the dates we are travelling. Do you think we still can make a visit to all the tourist attraction that nearby to our Hotel. Some were saying that the hotel that we are staying the west lake is very far...is that true?

The hotel you are staying is not far from the West Lake, about 3km by taxi. Major attractions of Hangzhou are all around the lake, I think.
