The Consulate General provides assistance to nationals. Filipinos with problems may call or visit the Consulate to talk to an ATN Officer.

Certifications on the following are obtained from the Civil Registrar General, National Statistics Office in Manila: (1) birth, (2) death, (3) marriage, (4) no record of marriage, (5) adoption, (6) legitimation, (7) dissolution of marriage, and others.

If a Filipino in China is unable to apply personally at the NSO, a request for certification may be sent by email to mail.census.gov.ph|c.lalicon or simply log-in to : www.e-census.gov.ph

Philippine legal documents that will be used in China have to be authenticated first by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
