About:Changchun

Hi,

I planning move in china next year looking a job. What type of visa can i apply to stay longer in china and find a professional job? I am telecommunication engineer. hope can give some advise.

Now, you can only apply for tourist visa because it is the easiest visa to apply for and you can prepare all documents by yourself, if you apply for other types of Chinese visa, you should need documents from China. However, touist visa regularily permits 30 days stay in China.

You can apply for a tourist L visa initially.
During the valid period, you can try to find an employer.

If your visa is not longer enough, you can try to extend it twice, 30 days for each time without leaving China mainland.
