About:China Visa Fees

dear madam/sir
i was detained and fined for 5000rmb and deported back to my country because i was overstayed for 6 months.
and now i am going back to china for studies.so does my previous would have any impact on new visa.?
i have changed my surname and year of birth and got new passport.so does all these changes can make any difference?

I guess that you will be prohibitted to enter China forever if you are found to be guilty of changing your passport. I think you have the record in the police security and immigration office for overstaying for 6 months.
