I have no good excuse...because I have been overstayed in china for 3 times. But I am a businessman, have a company in china just set up by this year and I need to go back to china now to settled all my payment like rental (office and apartment), my staff salary and some other payment also and it cannot delay otherwise it again the contact.
I think I have blacklisted in china at the board (computer) for getting in china now. But I keep asking and trying the china embassy in Hong Kong but they say they are unable to apply the china visa for me and also I am asking them what kind of document I should provide to them, they did not want to answer my question. They say fine it yourself. And I go to Shenzhen board, Exit/Entry office and I also keep asking what is happen, they do not want to tell me what happen they say you just again the china law, but I did not know what did I again the china law, I am just only a businessman. But I hope to solve this matter so I can go back to china to continue my business. I need help did anybody know how do I get to re-apply or re-entry and get a probably documents for them is much appreciated. As soon as possible. Thanks.
