I have a multi-entry visa to China. After visiting Haikou, Hainan I will be going to Hong Kong and Macau. Do I still need to apply for a Hong Kong entry permit (Visa)? Thanks

You don't need a Hong Kong visa because USA citizens are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 180 days.
