About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Hi! Good morning!

My husband is Palestinian and he is holding an Egyptian travel document but is with Qatari residence permit. The Chinese Embassy in Qatar has stopped issuing visa to Macau and we have been advised online that we will need to apply for a Macau visa in the Chinese Consulate in a neigboring country to Qatar. Can you please advise.
