About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

Does the China Emabassy in Moscow issue same day tourist visas to China. If so what is the best approach

You can't get the same say tourist visa, please submit visa application as soon as the embassy opens, then apply for rush service, maybe the air ticket of the next day is required to show for the rush service, you can pick up you visa on the second day counted from the date of submission.
