About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

I am in a big dispute now with my Chinese employer. I am in Thailand now with my passport (were I have my visa) and my red book. However, my employer threatens to cancel my visa in PSB if I don't comply with his demands (we are talking about $20k). What happens if he does cancel it and I try to enter China? Will I (and 3 members of my family) be deported back to Thailand? Blacklisted?

I guess he can't cancel your visa, but you can't apply for temporary residence permit without your employer's help, you can only stay in China for a short time.
