Hi, can somebody help me. I worked here in China and i invited my sister for a visit. I already extended her visa for a month and now her visa will expire tomorrow. The PSB office can not extend her visa for the second time around. Is there a possibility that she can extend her visa if she goes to Hongkong tomorrow? Please tell me what to do. Thanks.

She can't extend her visa in Hong Kong or apply for a new Chinese tourist visa in Hong Kong. In recent times, Filipinos can't get a Chinese visa in a third country or region. She has to return to Philippines to apply for a new Chinese visa.
