About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

im a filipina,but presently residing here in tianjin china...im planning to go back to philippines as soon as possible but do i still need to get a tourist visa or any kind of visa for my 7months old son before i can leave china? he was born in yantai china and i just got his passport this december 2,2009...but im confused cuz whats the use of getting a chinese visa for my son if i will go back with him to philippines tommorrow but i cant cuz some says i need to get him a chinese visa first before i can leave china...and i really want to go back to philippines asap...

I guess that your son holding a Filipino Passport and he needs a Chinese visa on his passport for exiting China. Otherwise, you will face some problems for exiting China.

but should i process his chinese visa in YANTAI where he was born or i can process it here in TIANJIN, cuz were staying here presently?
whatelese do we need before leaving china?

I guess that you should apply for Chinese visa for him in Yantai because he was born there, but you can have a try in Tianjin Public Security Bureau, if you are refused, you have to go to Yantai
