About:Jiuzhaigou Long-Distance Bus

I will be in Chengdu on 1st March. I want to go to Jiuzhaiguo by bus. Is it possible for me to buy the tickets on the day itself as I will be arrving in Chengdu aiport in the early morning? Should I make my way straight to Jiuzhaiguo or to Songpan as I will have to stay a night before heading back to Jiuzhaiguo? Is Jiuzhaiguo or Songpan a better place to stay before heading back Chengdu?

It is difficult to purchase a bus ticket on the spot. Usually, the bus leaves Chengdu for Jiuazhaigou around 08:00, so passengers are suggested to purchase the tickets one day in advance. So, it is suggested that you take a flight from Chengdu to arrive in Jiuzhaigou directly. I think you could stay in Jiuzhaigou, and then hire a cab driving you to visit Songpan in one day. Finally, you could take a bus or flight back to Chengdu.
