Hi, where can I find factory shops selling clothing and shoes of polo, hugo boss, nine west, pringle, gucci, prada in Hong Kong or Bangkok ? And also jewellery and watches like Rado, Tag Heuer, etc. at factory prices?

I think it is difficult to find the factory shops of these top brands in Hong Kong. You should go to their original produce places.
