iam mbasanze sarah a ugandan student in algeria. iam finishing this academique year. i saw csc from the internet but the're conditions what i dont know is that is it possible to apply through the chinese embassy in algeria or i have to send my papers back home? i really need this scholarships i want to do my masters in structural engineering from china

I think that you'd better send your appliation to your home country, China government scholarship is issued to foreigners at a limited number. If you apply for it in Algeria, you will take up a quota.
