My husband will be going to Dalian for work and will be based there for 2-3yrs. We wish to go as a family and we have a 5mths old baby. Is the day care centre easily available in Dalian? Does Dalian has babyseating service? What would be the cost of living per month for a family of 2Adults 1Child? Thanks for the kind advice.

Dalian has nice weather, I think you will be in fond of this city. Of course, there is babyseating service, please take it easy. Just for food and daily life, CNY5,000~CNY8,000/month is ok for your family, excluding apartment rental.
