My husband will be going to Dalian for work and will be based there for 2-3yrs. We wish to go as a family and we have a 5mths old baby. Is the day care centre easily available in Dalian? Does Dalian has babyseating service? What would be the cost of living per month for a family of 2Adults 1Child? Thanks for the kind advice.
