About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Dear Sirs
Right now I am in the Ukraine, I am a citizen of the Netherlands
Can i ask for a Chinese Visa here in the Ukraine or must i go to my own country
I am here as a tourist and i want to fly from here direct to China
I already have a ticket to China

You can have a try at Chinese embassy in Ukraine, if you are refused, you have to return to Netherland and apply for a Chinese visa.
