Hi,
Am visiting Taipei City for an assignment from my company and will stay in Taipei for 6-7 months from Oct 2010 to April 2011, what will be the climate changes.

Yes, it changes. However, you avoid the typhoon season and not too much at this period. It is getting cold since Nov and cold in Dec and Jan.
