About:Chinese Embassies in Europe

I have a venezuelan pssport, so please let me know if I need a visa to go to China....and if I can get a visa in Peru

You need a visa to go to China, if you have the Peru residence permit or other certificates of proving the right of legally residing in Peru for a long time, you can apply for Chinese visa in Peru
