About:China Embassy in Thailand

I'm planning to open Chinese tourist Visa in Bangkok around 10th, 11th of Feb.
But this year in China they have New Year on the 14th of Feb.
Will be there any changes in working hours of the Embassy.

I guess the office hours won't change, but the embassy will be closed from 13th Feb to 19th Feb, 2010
