About:Harbin Travel

Hi,I'm now studying Chinese in Shanghai,but planning to go to Harbin in early January.Could anyone suggest me where to buy winter clothes in Harbin with reasonable price?Here in shanghai is quite expensive.What's the standard price for the down jacket in Harbin?Thank you very much.

There are Pakson, Central SHopping Mall, JIn Tai Yang in Central Street. It is allowed to negotiated the price in Jin Tai Yang. FOr a good down coat, it is about 500-600RMB.
