How to apply for Spanish viza.i am holding a valid chinese visa and resident permit... i need to apply for tourist visa to spain to visit my brother and his family as his wife is expecting.. i need the procedure and the required documents needed for a tourist visa

Can you read Chinese? If not, please ask a friend who can read Chinese to see the information about Spain visa application on this website http://www.maec.es/subwebs/Consulados/Pekin/zh-tw/MenuPpal/visados/Paginas/visados.aspx
