Hi,

I am planning to go Taipei next year Mid September. Is it a good month to go? Will it be rainy season? What is the temperature like?

It is still hot for Sep is in summer in Taiwan. Yes, in the rainy season and typhoone may happen. The temperature is about 27-35C.
