Hi, My Mother had her HKChina (BNO) passport renew there at your office in World Center Makati sometime this July or August,My sister accompanied her for processing, but because of their busy routines and aside of their late ages, both are quite absent-minded also; since the passport is nowhere can be found, would there be a chance that they havent claim it actually? with whom and where can they check or ask about it?
