i am a nigeria living in spain, i hold spanish permanent stay resident, i have my working contract here in Spain,my nigeria passport have Belgium visa issued by Belguim Embassy from Nigeria, i have my family here living with me in spain too, i want visit china by Fabuary next year during my working vacation from Spain, what do i need to present and will i buy ticket, hotel reservation first before applies for visa, how long will it take for china Ambassy to issue me visa in madrid. why China Embassy in Madrid never answer calls from public

First, you should go to Chinese Embassy in Madrid to enquire whether you can apply for Chinese visa in Spain or not, if the consular officials say yes, you can buy flight ticket, hotel reservation, then go to the embassy for Visa Application. If you say no, you don't need to buy ticket and hotel reservation. Recently, it is hard for Nigerians get a Chinese visa in a third country.
