HI Dear Sir,I am from Mongolia. I am so unhappy in your visa procedure time. I have applied visa on 29th July, 2009, and still waiting my documents. I sent my original Bachelor diploma and passport, saving book, certificate of marriage, etc. And because of your visa procedure I cant go to any other country. I've send the letter and email many times and I receiving same answers.  I hereby wholeheartedly asking you -What I must to do, now I need just my documents.
