About:China Visa

Hi,

My husband working at china, now he is holding residence permit, may i know residence permit can apply for accompanying family members. How can apply the visa and any document. Thanks.

sorry, my husband not holding residence permit, his is holding 就业准证。May i know 就业准证 can apply visa for accompanying family members.

yes, you can apply for Z visa as accompanying family members, please submit the following documents to Chinese embassy or consulate in Malaysia according to consular districts:
1. Your valid actual passport.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with one additional passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).
3. Physical Examination Record For Foreigners completed by local public hospital.
4. Marriage license, copy of your husband's paspsort, Chinese work visa and residence permit
