About:China Tourist Visa

I got a L-Visa to China from Chinese Embassy in Moscow: written on it
issue date: 15DEC2009
enter before: 15JAN2010
I think there is a problem regarding the entry date, I know L-Visa is valid for 3 months, but in my case because of the written dates it's only valid for 1 month.
what should I do to correct this error? because I can't enter China before 25 of January 2010.

I have much sympathy for you, yes, generally speaking, tourist visa valid for 3 months, however, the applicant should check all the information of the issued visa upon collection and if necessary raise queries at the same time. If there is no immediate query relating to the issued visa, the applicant is held responsible under any circumstances thereafter.
