HI,we are going to harbin on the 28 Des.please advise, how to protect our face from the cold. Is there any mask or something to cover? And I heard,there is a pad,which can keep our hand warm. Can we buy it in Bejing?

Well, you could purchase a face mask from these booths or supermarket easily in Beijing. What kind of pad? Electronic? Anyway, you could find eveything you need in Beijing since the weather is also cold there.
