i am applying for visa to china.

Question

I am applying for visa to China.  Is the embassy in the Philippines open on December 28 and 29, 2009? If it is, what time is it open?  What do I need to submit?

Now, the official website of Chinese embassy in Manila doesn't issue the holiday notice, I guess it will be closed from December 25-27, it resumes to work from Decmeber 28.
