Hi Mr William,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have tried calling the embassy and also surf the website for more information on the renewal, but unsuccessful. I would also like to clarify the following: -

1. What is the procedures for renewal of passport?
2. Do we need to make an appointment before we go down to the office?
3. What are the documents required?
4. How long does it take to process? (my employee's work permit is expiring in March 2010.)
5. What are the fees/charges? Payment mode?
