I shall be in SHENYANG for 3 weeks in January 2010.I hope to see /visit as many places of interest as possible.Please estimate for me my total expenditure needed,bearing in mind tokeep my budget as low as possible.As for accomadation,dont worry as I 'll be staying in Friend's house.Food & sight seeing,transport have to take into serious consideration.THANK YOU FOR ANSWERIN my query.

Wow, that will be hard to estimate. You will stay for 3 weeks, more than enough to have a thorough visit of Shenyang. The taxi and bus are the main mode of transport to get around in Shenyang and they are all affordable. I think you will have a great journey during you stay. Good Luck!
