From Beijing which railway station to Tiajin   Beijing south or beijing centre? Can I buy the ticket by online? And if I take taxi from Tiajin Railway station to hotel close Ancient Culture Street how much is cost? Or there are other alternatif which is cheaper? And from Hotel close Ancient Culture Street to Tianjin Binhai Airport it take how long & how much by taxi or also have cheaper alternatif, thanks

The Ancient Clture street is 古文化街 (Gu Wen Hua Jie in Pinyi). Show this to the driver. Beijing SOuth Railway Station has speed trains to Tianjin Railway Station. 4km from the street to Tianjin Railway Station, about 10RMB. Suggest you take taxi to Tianjin Railway Station to find the airport bus to Binhai Airport. About 70 RMB from BInhai Airport to the street byy taxi, I guess it may need more from the city center to the airport.
