I will be in SHENYANG from 6.1.2010 til 24.1.2010. Please advice me where I see SNOW at this time.Also I would like to be at the border of KOREA. What is the nearest town,how long by train from SHENyang ?What are the favourite food at Shenyang ?

You can see snow in Shenyang, Shenyang Imperial Palace, Nanhu Park are beautiful in snow. Changbai Mountain is a nice place to see snow, but it is a bit further from Shenyang, in Jilin Province. As to the border city, I think Dandong is good place. Shenyang/Shenyang North/Shenyang South Railway stations all have trains to Dandong, get there 3.5-4 hours later.
