About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Hi, Can anyone tell me if having a criminal record with minor drug related charges (not traffiking) or stealing offences would effect an employee obtaining entry into China for business related matters??

Yes, I think so, but if you don't decalare it on the application form, you maybe have the chance to get a Chinese visa, please don't do anything illegal in China, then the police won't find you can investigate, otherwise, the criminal record in Australia will also be found.
