About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi, I am an indian citizen residing in singapore (PR valid up to 2014). I plan to visit Guanzhou for business
purpose (2-3 days). Can i get visa from singapore chinese embassy or should i apply from india?

You can have a try in Chinese Embassy in Singapore, if you are refused, you have to apply for Chinese visa from India. Recently, many PR, WP, EP, STP, DP holders can't get a Chinese visa in Singapore.
