Dear Sir,I am planning for a visit to china in march 2010 for 20 days,As this would be my first visit to china.I am a businessman from Lahore-Pakistan and want to visit china for attending the YARN EXPO in Beijing (China World Trade Center) and CANTON FAIR in Guangzhou.I have read all the details from the web page of Chinese embassy in pakistan,i.e,But i am stuck on few issues that What is a VISA NOTICE SHEET and from where can i get it from Authorized government organization in china and Secondly How can i get an invitation letter from a company in China as this is my first visit to China and i don't have business relations with any company in china Regards

VISA NOTICE SHEET should be applied by a company in China which has business relations with you, but you don't have a cooperate company in China, so you can't get the Visa Notification and Invitation Letter, you can't get Chinese Busienss Visa. Please read the comments Mr.FaizanN who said that The first part of getting Visa Notice Sheet is the problem here. The rule has changed in October for Guangdong province and now we have to get our local business licence and proof of relation with Chinese company attested by local Chinese Embassy. This needs to be provided to Govt. Authority in China (by Chinese partner/sponsor company) to obtain visa notice. After visa notice the process is as usual.This is one time documentation and hopefully can be used again.

You can apply for Tourist Visa which is easier to get, you can contact a qualified Chinese visa agency and ask him to arrange your trip in China and apply for a tourist visa for you, then you can visit China.
