I'm malaysia citizen but i just marry with a china citizen, can i know visa i should apply which i plan to go back with her to her home town for 3 months, can i apply for China citizen if i wish to stay there?

You should apply for Tourist Visa for Family Visit, please write your planned 3 months stay in China on the Visa Application Form. You can't apply for China citizen because the Permannet Residence Permit is very hard to get. You can see the Regulations on Permannet Residence of Aliens on this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/refusal.htm
