About:China Business Visa

Dear Sir, Just checking on the latest regulations of visa application. My boss is not a Malaysian. He is holding the work permit in Malaysia. Can he apply the Visa to China as his work permit will expire somewhere in April?? Does you require the work permit must be valid within 6 months?? Pls advise.

He can have a try to apply for Chinese visa in Malaysia, now nobody can certainly tell you whether your boss can get a visa or not. It is up to the decision of consular officers. In principal, his work permit should be valid for at least 6 months.
