Visas are not required of citizens of the Philippines, who join group tour to Hainan province, provided they hold valid ordinary passports and stay in Hainan not exceeding 15 days

If you don't join in a tour group organized by an International Travel Agency which make registration in Hainan Province, you should apply for a Chinese Tourist Visa to Hainan, but 6 months ahead the trip is too early, a single-entry tourist visa is only valid for 3 months, so please apply for Chinese tourist visa one month before your trip

The required documents are below:
Your valid & actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it.

One completed Visa Application Form with one additional passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).

Hotel Reservation and Two-way flight tickets
