About:Taipei Transportation

I am planing to viti taipei in March 2010.
Upon arrival to Taipei International airport, do I need to buy a taxi coupon first before norading a taxi? And where can I get the service?

Some cab companies issue discount coupon, but I don't think it could supply much convenience.
