About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi..i am 31 yrs old from manila, traveled most south east asian countries every year..i would like to find out the answers for the following questions below
1.visa requirements
2.do they require a personal appearance to apply for a visa..how much do they charge and how long is the processing?

1. Do you want to know the visa requirements for Chinese Tourist Visa?
2. if you apply for Chinese visa and have been in China, you don't need to appear in the embassy, you can entrust someone else to apply for it on your behalf.

tourist (L) visa requirements:
Orig Passport (valid for 6months)
Fill up "In Case of emergency" at the back of the passport
1 PC picture 2x2 or passport size (white background)
Invitation letter(optional)
Bank certificate - minimum of PHP 50,000.00
NBI clearance - original
Certificate of employment with details of salary, etc.
SSS (ID & Contribution)
ITR (ID & Contribution)
Company ID
Ticket Reservation
Hotel Reservation
Application form (filled up)

Regular processing fee is PHP1,400.00
