I have written before about losing my passport. I did everything as you suggested. I handed in all the docs to the embassy, but it has been two months already that I can't get travel certificate to go back to my country. The consulate office can't give the certain answer when I can get my travel certificate. Today I have been told that may be it will after 10 months :( I am very desperate, I don't know what to do next, I'm running out of money to live, the police keep asking me about my passport, I don't know what to say to them... Who can I talk to about this matter, or what should I do?
