hi i'm gene got back in the philippines last month nov. 19 and wanting to apply again for another 3months visa to hongkong..because i want to spend the holidays with my wife and she has a medical check up and test by the month of january and february..i have the hospital letters and supporting letter from my wife.. will i be able to get the 3 months visa again?

I see the Guidelines for visa to Hong Kong SAR on this website http://ph.china-embassy.org/eng/lsfw/hzqz/t219062.htm
I don't read the requirements for medical check-up.
